**Job Description:**
Design business process requirements which include researching and analyzing the existing business processes. Work on business improvement initiatives for manufacturing lines. Define opportunities, analyzes data, design manufacturing line flows, and improve business processes. Work on improvement initiatives that deliver tangible business results through the application of LEAN and Six Sigma principles, methodologies and tools. Support manufacturing of products for medical devices with work including operational systems development, time studies, process flow analysis, lines balancing, layout design, operational needs and process efficiencies. Act as an engineer back-up in meetings and other tasks, as required. Job duties:
+ Time study development and analysis.
+ Layout improvement proposal design and execution.
+ Review production schedules, engineering specifications, process flows, and other information to understand methods that are applied and activities that take place in manufacturing.
+ Create and present technical reports.
+ Support 5S and Lean initiatives tasks.
+ Manage capacity enhancement.
+ Lead projects related to process improvements.
+ Process data analysis.
+ Comply with applicable Laws and Regulations, adhere to Quality Management System processes and requirements as well as demonstrate Ethics and Integrity in all matters and at all levels throughout the organization.
+ Perform additional duties as assigned.

**Qualifications:**
1. Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
2. Minimum two (2) years of related work experience.
3. Capable to be self-taught on engineering or technology tools if needed.
4. 80 – 85% written and verbal English proficiency.
5. Flexible schedule and overtime work availability.
6. Knowledge of medical product manufacturing.
7. Must be able to problem solve and think independently in a constantly changing production environment.
8. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
9. Computer skills including Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams, Statistical Software (Minitab/JMP), AutoCAD, and Process Simulation software (Arena or similar).
**Desired Qualifications**
1. Knowledge of Lean principals.
2. Good knowledge of process flow, value stream analysis, operations demands and operator requirements.
3. Green Belt / Black Belt or related certification is a plus.
4. APICS or related certification is a plus.
5. Ability to understand the technology related to the Company’s products.
6. Strong decision making and problem-solving skills; demonstrated ability to problem solve in an organized and analytical approach.
7. Assertiveness and collaboration skills.
8. Business requirement analysis, business process modeling, and business process mapping skills.
