Job Summary:
This position evaluates the performance of gas distribution and transmission systems using hydraulic modeling software. The engineer identifies and analyzes scenarios for project alternatives and recommends the most effective solution for CRA initiatives, pressure improvements, new business, main replacements, and public improvement projects to ensure cost effective and reliable service to our customers. The engineer has regular responsibility for providing system planning analysis and support to operations, engineering design, and sales as well as periodic on call emergency support.

The position may be filled at either the Associate Engineer (Level 3), Intermediate Engineer (Level 4) or Engineer (Level 5). Individuals who demonstrate advanced skills in terms of work experience, education and certifications may be eligible for the advanced grade.
