Sous la responsabilité du Manager Engineering, vous serez en charge de :

- Industrialisation et Méthodes : Réindustrialiser les évolutions des produits en série, définir et mettre en place l'industrialisation des nouveaux produits, et rédiger les gammes et procédures de fabrication.

- Production et Qualité: Étudier les lots de production, accompagner les équipes de production dans la résolution de problèmes, et proposer des projets d'amélioration continue.

- Responsabilités: Gérer les projets relatifs à la qualification de nouvelles matières premières, optimiser les processus de production, et réaliser des audits internes en collaboration avec le service Qualité.

BAC +5 – de préférence à dominance mécanique.

Ce que nous recherchons

Compétences techniques: Maîtrise de Solidworks ou équivalent, et bonnes connaissances informatiques (Pack office, Oracle, VBA).

Langues: Anglais professionnel lu, écrit et parlé.

Méthodes d'amélioration continue : Connaissance de QRQC, Kaizen, 5S, et DMAIC.

Qualités personnelles : Capacité à prendre des décisions, esprit critique, excellent sens de la communication, autonomie et méthodologie
