In this capacity, you will have the opportunity to work mainly with the European engineering and marketing organizations to deliver quality multi-lingual internal and customer procedures; develop and maintain reports, and assist in the management of global engineering projects and related deliverables.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

To gather engineering data needed to create technical documents. To work with vendors to generate translation requirements and validators within and outside of Engineering to ensure that safety statements are correct and at an acceptable turnaround relative to customer or process requirements. To proofread English documents and ensure that the safety statements are aptly labeled. To create Engineering Change Notice, ensuring that necessary stakeholders are in the loop for approvals and facilitate approval and upload in defined repositories. To develop project charter on identified gaps and opportunities and drive discussions and communications to achieve objectives (low complexity, e.g., one brand).

You have a strong drive for results and exhibit passion and enthusiasm to get things done. You are proactive with a strong sense of urgency in meeting tasks and deadlines. You can proficiently communicate ideas and influence both internal and external customers. You are interpersonally savvy and able to collaborate and efficiently work with people at any level.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. 1 year of relevant experience in technical writing in an engineering position. Knowledge of InDesign or any related content management system. Proficiency in English communication skills (oral and written). Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
