Engineer I & II + **お待ちください...** **日付:** 2025/02/06 **場所:** Hefei, AH, CN, 230011 **会社:** Corning **Sr. Melting Process Engineer (Sustainability)** + Lead the process development and migration for melting process emission improvement and Energy consumption reduction + Work with Facility, process design, ESH, Melting technology team, Glass tech and plant engineering team to integrate new technologies with operation tanks to achieve Sustainability target + Worldwide manufacturing support for Emission and energy consumption reduction. + Execute technical analysis of the melting process and drive to conclusions to promote improved process capability. + Lead/Support process standardization, documentation, and governance. **Education & Experience** + BSdegree orabove-major in chemical/ mechanical engineering or science + 5 years or above related experience in Corning or chemical / mechanical engineering industry + Preferred to have facility background + Project leading skill and process development experience **Skills** Required Skills: + Basic knowledge of thermal and/or chemical process + Experiment design and execution + Methodology – Six Sigma, DMAIC, Project Skills and so on + Data analysis experience – Statistical knowledge, data science tool kit is a plus. Desired Skills: + Mature communication skills and team leadershi + Problemsolving anddecision making. + Hands-on experience in fab is a plus.
