JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for the maintenance, preparation and performance of paint related tasks on property.  This includes painting, drywall, stucco repair and maintenance.

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS: Perform work according to instructions on all painting projects; comply to all OSHA and internal safety regulations; communicate via two-way radio and orally with others; work cooperatively with others and adhere to Harrah's customer service standards.  Must be able to operate fire command panel.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:  Valid driver’s license.  Must be proficient and skilled with 3 years or more experience in professional painting.  Journeyman level experience preferred.  Must be able to work with extension ladder and stationary ladder up to 22' and manlift up to 20'.

PHYSICAL & MENTAL DEMANDS: Lift up to 50 lbs. Push and pull up to 100 lbs. Must be able to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and hear. Dexterity to utilize tools. Walk entire shift. Stand for long periods of time or entire shift. Walk up and down stairs. Type. Work in hot temperatures. Work in cold temperatures. Work in Secondhand smoke environment. Maneuver in confined spaces.
