Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure that industrial machinery and equipment runs smoothly and reliably. You may be called out to deal with a breakdown or inspect equipment as part of a maintenance schedule.Ensures repairs, repairs techniques, equipment specific training are documented, made available and ensures standards are followedParticipates in Equipment Criticality Assessments, utilizes predictive maintenance tools to aid in troubleshooting equipmentCollaborates, strategizes, and is a key participant in the development and implementation of operational reliability programs and projectsSupports the completion of projects or qualifications from the respective Division or Business Unit (BU) and even to other groups or functions by completing defined time plan to the project leader.Report to immediate manager or to the BU-Reliability Engineering counterparts the status of key items and project related tasks.

Task:

Controls, maintains, and updates the reliability databases to ensure data are accurate and delivered within schedule.Maintains appropriate records and files to permit meaningful control analysis and reporting of results or completed workHelp analyze all available information to determine when process and/or products are not performing to specifications and/or expectations.Complies with all reliability operating procedures and systemsWork hand in hand with reliability technicians and operators in day-to-day activities in reliabilityTake immediate actions to product returns by failure analysis, reporting, and corrective actions recommendations.Generates reliability-training materials and conduct training to reliability personnel and other Cross functional teams.Be active in problem solving teams in resolution of reliability-related concerns.Help to provide relevant inputs/ideas on complex issues that involve product structure.Help to contribute valuable information’s to determine when processes and/or products are not Performing to specifications and/or expectations.

Environment and Safety:

Execute Environmental Management Systems, Environmental Hazardous System and Quality Management Systems standards.Complies with the proper operating procedures of safety and health standards and regulations.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Newly College Graduate (NCG), preferably BS Mechanical Engineering or equivalentPreferably with Basic knowledge and Application of Reliability Testing and OperationsKnowledge on International Quality Standards (ex. JEDEC, AEC, J-IPC/JEDEC)Preferably with minimum relevant experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment with work experience from Quality and Reliability Laboratory OperationsPreferably with 7 basic quality tools, Fail Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Control Plan, 5-Why, Fault Tree, and 8-Discipline Problem Solving.Basic understanding of semiconductor Assembly and Test processes.Good project and situational management skills.Self-motivated and goal-orientedPreferably with Basic knowledge in Operation of Reliability/FA Processes and EquipmentTeam player & can communicate effectively with othersMust have good interpersonal skillsPreferably has had previous lab and/or facilities management experience.Has distinctive leadership and analytical skills.
