Job Title: Engineer 1 - Technical Service
Location: Verdant Manila
Job Summary: The Engineer 1 - Technical Service is responsible for delivering exceptional technical support and services to our clients. This role involves troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of our products, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support:
Provide timely and effective technical assistance to clients via phone, email, or in-person.Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to products and services.Installation and Maintenance:
Assist in the installation and configuration of equipment and systems at client sites.Perform routine maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance.Client Training:
Conduct training sessions for clients on product usage and best practices.Develop training materials and documentation as needed.Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and product development, to enhance service delivery.Participate in team meetings to discuss project updates and client feedback.Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, technical issues, and resolutions.Document processes and create knowledge base articles for future reference.Continuous Improvement:
Stay informed about industry trends and advancements to improve service offerings.Provide feedback to management on product performance and client needs.Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.Experience:
Previous experience in a technical support or service role is preferred but not required.Skills:
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with relevant software, tools, and technologies.Basic understanding of project management principles is a plus.Working Conditions:
