Job Description:

Evaluate root cause of wafer level yield loss

Perform bitmap & electrical analysis to determine root cause of an issue. Provide required information for PFA and send wafers to Failure Analysis Laboratory when necessary.

Review test program releases.

Review yield trends to identify Low yield lots and feedback the issues to Fab, Product owners or probe productions for improvement and fixes.

Identify and work with probe engineering on tester, probe and Hardware issues thru data analysis.

Disposition lots on hold. Create e-Sign’s, MRB and e-NCRB’s for lot dispositions.

Do the calculations for the Yield, SBL, scrap, and RMA limit setting on the system.

Requirements/Qualifications:

BS or MS Degree (EE/ECE/CoE) or related course

New College Graduate

Problem solving skills – analyze data using statistical data analysis tools, understanding risk, making decisions.

Yield Analysis Other Requirements Knowledge in Wafer Fabrication process.

Knowledge in electronics and related subjects.

Good command in English both write and speaking.

Good people skills - Listening, communication, mentoring and negotiations.
