General Description: The Engineer II, Facilities serves as a facility engineer for the Hopewell Campus, part of the overall Facilities and Engineering Team.
Supporting the Engineering Team to complete biomanufacturing plant projects with current focus on successful completion of BeiGene Hopewell projectSupport the maintenance and calibration of facility and utility equipment, develop PM’s and SOP’sSupport GMP production facility.Maintain facility related activities such as GMP Cleaning, Pest Control, Spare Parts Management, and other initiatives. Small projects as assigned. Listen to the different voices and win the commitment of team membersThis role will be based in Hopewell NJ and report to the Site Director Facilities and Engineering.
Essential Functions of the job:
Meet BeiGene business needs through managing the engineering with focus on enabling compliant and operational ready.Develop technical, operational procedures, calibration plans, preventative maintenance plans for responsible systemsCommission, qualify and validate responsible systemsWork with external partners as requiredManage the assets of buildings & facility. Experience GMP Facilities, utilities is required.
