Ensure smooth operation of facilities and building systems in manufacturing plan including but not limited to process water system, HVAC system, clean room support, boiler system, incoming power, water supply, air compressed system, building maintenance, fire protection system, sanitary system and janitorial service.
How you'll make an impact:
Establish preventive maintenance program to maintain and improve all facilities and building systems reliability
Review, approve and assign day to day tasks to technicians maintaining facilities reliability and support internal customers’ requests
Continual review of facilities and building systems for equipment capacity and reliability and recommend improvement or upgrading
Maintain facilities system procedures compliance to quality and EHS system
Lead facilities operation meeting to discuss preventative maintenance projects
Attend cross functional operation and quality meetings to discuss project requirements and update facilities metrics
Review maintenance contracts
Maintain facilities and building systems to ensure discharge and emission complies to EHS and regulatory requirements
Achieve plant EHS goals by monitoring (supervising) technicians/contractors to ensure that their work is performed safely
Provide training and guidance to facilities technicians to achieve department goals for facilities and building systems reliability
What you'll need (required):
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field with 3 years of related experience
Experience working in a medical device manufacturing environment, preferred
