You will be accountable for providing outstanding field service assistance to our customers, ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our advanced scientific instruments.

Job Responsibilities:

Determine root causes of instrument failures and implement successful solutionsCollaborate with teams from different departments to diagnose and resolve technical issuesConduct regular preventative maintenance and calibration of instrumentsProvide world-class customer service, building strong relationships with clientsDuring the visits to propose our products and services, as well as to provide guidance on new equipment and servicesComplete detailed service reports and maintain accurate documentation

Job Requirements:

Technical bachelor's degree, advanced technical degree or related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in field service or a similar roleExcellent analytical and critical thinking abilitiesExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesAbility to work independently and in a team environmentAbility to lead prioritiesDriver license and availability to travelSpanish and English proficient
