Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Laboratory Setting, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), Will work with hazardous/toxic materials

Job Description

[Crucial Duties and Responsibilities]
As a Field Engineer, your responsibilities will include repairing, maintaining, installing, and promoting sales of analytical and diagnostic instruments and other customer service items manufactured and sold by our company. This includes onsite installation of sophisticated equipment and systems, regular maintenance visits, fixing and support, assistance to other team members, crafting and submitting work reports, providing user training on system maintenance, providing feedback to the global product quality team, updating and modifying service process documents, identifying and reporting specific issues related to business processes, and acting as an authority in problem-solving and conducting training activities.

[Responsibilities]

You will be involved in a significant portion of the services provided to customers after the installation of the devices. Your role will be to give to improving customer happiness, promoting device upgrades, and driving improvements in service sales. Specific responsibilities include:

Installation and operation instructions for the devicesFixing and repairsInspection and validation tasksProposing maintenance contracts, paid repairs, and upgrades tailored to customer needs
