Job Description

UX Designer

We are seeking a versatile and experienced UX Designer to join our team. As a key member of our UX team, you will play a crucial role in crafting the user experience of our digital products and services! Your expertise in Figma, along with your passion for iterative improvement and learning, will be instrumental in driving our design initiatives forward.

Responsibilities:UX Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives, user needs, and technical requirements. Build intuitive, user-centered designs and wireframes that align with project objectives.UI Design: Collaborate with visual designers to ensure the implementation of visually appealing and cohesive user interfaces. Apply brand guidelines and design principles to create polished and pixel-perfect UI designs that improve the overall user experience.Customer Centricity: Conduct user research, usability testing, and collect feedback to advise design decisions. Analyze data and translate the insights into an actionable plan to deliver improvements.Interaction Design: Develop interactive prototypes and design systems using Figma, ensuring flawless and fabulous user interactions. Apply widely accepted methods and industry standards to develop consistent and cohesive experiences.Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and visual designers, to ensure successful implementation of designs. Clearly communicate design concepts, rationale, and solutions to team members.Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, standard methodologies, and new technologies. Proactively seek opportunities to refine design processes and workflows, and contribute to the growth and development of the design team!

Requirements:At least 2 years experience as a UX DesignerStrong proficiency in Figma, with a deep understanding of its features and capabilities.A portfolio showcasing a range of projects, demonstrating expertise in experience design, user interface design, interaction design and usability testing.Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. Capable to translate research insights into actionable design solutions.Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts optimally to both technical and non-technical partners.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for constantly refining processes and learning.Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
