Profile:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field, with 3-5 years of proven experience in a similar role.Strong comprehension of plastic injection and molding processes, including familiarity with resins, tolerances, and assembly procedures.Familiarity with the product development process.Creative and passionate about developing solutions to customer challenges.Solid project management and scheduling skills.Proficiency with SAP (Material Master).Experience with engineering software such as SolidWorks, Project, Planner, and AutoCAD.Proficient in English.Outstanding cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities:

Launch, implement, and document engineering changes in products.Maintain the integrity of engineering documents.Build and update the “Bill of Material” (BOM), product drawings, production versions, and “Routings”.Provide quotations for new products and process opportunities.Develop new products.Implement engineering or design changes based on prototype testing and customer feedback.Lead capacity expansion projects and/or product/process transfers.Support and complete validation tests for engineering changes, new developments, and prototypes.Maintain and support products according to Product Managers' directions.Audit and ensure the accuracy of “BOM” and “DWG” in operations.Lead engineering change meetings.Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and quality assurance, to launch products on schedule and within budget.Provide necessary engineering documentation for production execution.Conduct risk assessments for products and processes.Offer day-to-day support to operations.
