This is an exciting opportunity for an Engineer II to support the launch of a next generation device within THV. This role provides the opportunity to collaborate with commercial sites both internationally and domestically.
How you will make an impact:
Creating, testing, and/or improving products by developing moderately complex experiments and tests (including writing and executing protocols), analyzing results, making recommendations, and developing reports, based on engineering principles.Development and characterization of assembly processes utilizing DFM and Six Sigma principles.Working with manufacturing plants to transfer, scale up, and release the commercial process.Developing process fixtures and tooling for mistake-proofing.Generating work instructions, test methods, engineering drawings/prototypes, etc. to establish/characterize product and/or process specifications.Assigning support tasks; giving instruction to technicians on conducting tests; training technicians and providing feedback; and coordinating technician work.What you’ll need (Required):
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Scientific field with 2 years of previously related industry experience OR Master’s degree in Engineering or Scientific field Required.Ability to travel (international and domestic) up to 10%.What else we look for (Preferred):

For California, the base pay range for this position is $85,000 to $120,000 (highly experienced).
