Job Description

Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion.Oversees and coordinates the administrative and operational aspects of ongoing projects within program guidelines.Liaises between project management and planning, project teams, and line management.Prepares proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets, and financial terms/conditions of contract.Establishes design concepts, criteria and engineering efforts for product research, development, integration, and test.Reviews project and budget status, manages schedules and prepares reports.Monitors and assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer-satisfaction goals and objectives.Meets program schedules and budgets, andMaintains the integrated master schedules for project(s).

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field of study4+ years project management, project engineering, or project planning experience (scope, schedule, cost, quality)Experience supporting Engineering Change Request (ECR) and Engineering Change Orders (ECO) processesStrong field management experience

Preferred Qualifications

Proficient with software such as Siemens NX, Solidworks and Microsoft Office (ie. MS Project)Proven understanding of compliance and quality assurance guidelines and best practicesCourage to explore new ideas, learn new technologies, a proactive desire to learnPassion for technology and creative mindsetPMP or ACP certified is a plus.
