You'll support and maintain our variety of temperature monitoring systems and innovative data center facilities, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to our outstanding global impact.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesLead, support, and maintain temperature monitoring environment such as Labwatch/Kaye and Elpro, across multiple sites.Identity improvement areas and drive implementations in collaboration with the product vendor and business partners. Applying IT experience towards supporting Windows Server operating systems and virtual servers.Participate in the planning and execution of IT projects related to system upgrades, network improvements, and software implementations within the environment.Lead and maintain AV conferencing and telecom equipment with validated expertise.Actively seek information to understand internal customers' circumstances, expectations, and needs.Occasional travel between sites as necessary to ensure efficient system performance, issue resolution or project delivery. Identity and address project issues or delivery concerns based on business requirements.Collaborate with the Quality team and on-floor personnel to address temperature issues, lead ticket assignments, collect vital data, and provide evidence during audits.Provided support, ensure compliance and documentation for FISMA (Federal Information Security Modernization Act) and various client auditsMinimum QualificationsGxP awareness and experience related to validation protocols for environmental monitoring systems.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a strict attention to detail.Validated project management skills with the ability to drive projects to successful completion.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently while demonstrating superb attention to detail.Experience with Windows Server (2012/2016/2019), both physical and virtual, along with database knowledge and basic scripting / programming skills.Education/TrainingBS Degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems is most helpful along with equivalent experience.
5+ years of work experience in environments such as life sciences or healthcare.Five plus years consistent track record in maintaining and supporting temperature monitoring systems (Kaye Labwatch application, Netpacs).Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Maryland is $72,600.00–$108,900.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
