Position Description

We are looking for an outstanding Engineer II, Systems Infrastructure to join our team in Heredia. This exceptional opportunity will enable you to work with advanced infrastructure systems, ensuring flawless operation and continuous improvement. You will identify effective solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and successfully implement innovative strategies to maintain our competitive edge.

ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure systemsTroubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issuesCollaborate with other engineers to develop and deploy new technologiesEnsure system security and data integrityMaintain detailed documentation of systems and proceduresProvide technical support and training to usersMonitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements

Minimum RequirementsBachelor’s degree in computer science or related field2+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or a similar roleProven knowledge of networking, VPN, and remote access toolsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyStrong time management and organizational skillsAdaptability to changing technologies and client needsB2+ English Level. Fluent in English written and spoken.
