Test Engineer II
Test Engineer II designs laboratory tests according to standard procedures, records and analyzes verification and validation results, and applies statistical methods.
Essential Functions:
Constantly update working knowledge of several IV Solutions products. Design test plans, test scenarios, and test reports that follow the standards and regulations for IV Solution products. Analyse test requirements and ensure proper test coverage is identified and/or defined based on requirements and design specifications. Identifies and manages the critical path of testing, overseeing test execution. Analyse retrieved data and prepare reports applying a statistical method. Reports test results to engineering and management where appropriate. Review requirements, specifications, technical design and user documentation to provide timely and meaningful feedback. Work with the development team to identify and capture test cases and ensure version management. Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure product integrity and quality control. Participate in the ongoing development of Laboratory Quality Systems. Help to define, improve and implement quality assurance best practices. Follow methodologies in carrying out routine tasks. Maintain quality results by running standards and controls. Maintains the status of tests and monitors the activities of team members. Ensure that all health/safety guidelines are followed strictly at all times. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of process and product. May provide guidance and training to enable other team members to meet/exceed expectations.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Basic Qualifications:
BS/MS degree in Physics, Engineering or a related subjectPreferred Knowledge and Skills:
Working experience with FDA-regulated, ISO13485, or other highly regulated environments.Work Conditions:
Office Environment Up to 25% travel to customer sites and corporate locations may be required.
