Job Description:

Design and Implementation: Lead the design and implementation of software for embedded devices and systems, ensuring high performance and reliability.Development and Debugging: Engage in the full software development lifecycle, including designing, developing, coding, testing, and debugging system software.Integration and Validation: Integrate and validate new product designs, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.Technical Content Creation: Channel your passion for education by creating engaging, student-oriented technical content such as example codes, videos, blogs, demo projects, and design challenges.Arduino and MPLAB X IDE Expertise: Utilize your expertise in Arduino and Microchip MPLAB X IDE to develop and optimize embedded solutions.Community Engagement: Participate in Maker Faire and other community events to showcase your projects and inspire others.Capstone Project Management: Leverage your experience in managing capstone projects to guide and mentor students in their engineering endeavorInnovative Mindset: A creative and innovative approach to problem-solving and content creation

Requirements/Qualifications:

Educational Background: BS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, plus 2 years of related work experienceHands-On Development: Extensive experience in hands-on development and troubleshooting on embedded targets.Programming Proficiency: Solid programming experience in C, with a deep understanding of Microchip microcontroller architectures.Embedded Systems Design: Proven experience in designing embedded systems with preemptive, multitasking real-time operating systems.Technical Panel Participation: Prior experience in participating in technical panel discussions is highly advantageous, as this role requires active engagement in technical panels at ECEDHA, IEEE, and university campuses.
