Hyster-Yale is looking for an energetic individual who will have a positive influence on the customer order experience and the HYMH Innovation team. As an Innovation team member, you will be an active contributor into the next phase innovative solutions. This role plays an important function in the customer order experience, service, and manufacturing processes for current and future Operator Assist System products. Responsibilities:
Join a dynamic group charged with developing the processes and systems used by tomorrow’s engineers. Leverage broad problem solving skills in areas including Static and Dynamic Stability calculations, Requirements Management, and Project Management. Participate in global change efforts within diverse teams comprised of engineering, manufacturing & marketing to develop innovative processes, systems, and standards. Champion the activities implemented by product design, and impart knowledge through focused documentation and training systems. Grow, share, and innovate tomorrow’s Product Design process with a company that values quality products and great people.
Qualifications:
BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.Proficiency and interest in statics, dynamics, and numerical analysis techniques.Quality focused. Adhere to established procedures, regulatory requirements, and attention to detail.Familiar with the design of components, assemblies, or complex vehicle systems, drafting practices, CAD, and engineering analysis.Proficiency in new technology, computing concepts, SQL databases, scripting, and testing. .NET or Microsoft Power BI experience a plus.High proficiency with MS Office tools.Preferred Qualifications:
Exposure to, and interest in, industrial equipment (materials handling, automotive, agricultural or similar), is highly desirable.Additional Qualifications:
