**Engineer II \- Electrical** **Description** * Decide, plan, and control all technical issues related to assigned project and support the Project Team in delivering highest quality solutions to our customers in line with FLP \(Flawless Launch Process\) * Cooperate with Project Engineer/s to ensure that product and system architecture meets Customer specifications and demands\. * Work with manufacturing team to ensure products can meet the manufacturing / process requirements\. * DV & PV test planning support\. * Support new business, assessing Customer specifications and making technical proposals to meet these\. * Interpretation of test results and solving of any failures\. * Introduction Of the necessary actions and modifications as required to ensure that all necessary parts or the customer are available on time\. * Responsible for DFMEA\. * Ensure product development complies with customer processes\. **Qualifications** * Degree in Engineering or a comparable education, Electrical engineering education is desirable\. * Max\. 4 years' experience ideally in automotive parts / projects, including Electro\-Mechanical parts is required\. * Knowledge of motors, reed switches & solenoids is a benefit\. * Injection molding & Blow molding product design knowledge\. * Technical understanding of 2D engineering drawings\. * Experience using PLM Enovia system\. * Ideally international experience by studying or working in foreign countries\. * Business English language Skills are necessary\. **Recruiting Company:** Textron India PVT Limited **Primary Location:** India-Bangalore-Mylasandra **Job Function:** Engineering **Schedule:** Full-time **Job Level:** Individual Contributor **Job Type:** Experienced **Shift:** First Shift **Job Posting:** 09/06/2024, 2:19:27 AM **Job Number:** 325671
