What we are looking for:

What you will do:

Vision: Translate the corporate and department vision into actionable plans; participate in discussions with Management to ensure the roadmap is being implemented effectivelyData: Design, develop and maintain core databases that support the company using data modeling and data warehousing techniques. Build out the generic data library across the company.  Business domain knowledge: Interface with every business unit within the company, and department heads and representatives, to understand and document all relevant aspects of the business. Technical domain knowledge: Interface with engineering managers, and engineers to understand and document intricacies of Engineering; processes, methodologies, framework, code and most importantly data.Business Analyst (BA)/Product Management: Using the skills of a BA and a Product Manager, represent Engineering and the Business when required depending on the needs of the company.Business requirements: Ask the right questions in meetings with business to ensure business requirements are well thought through. Help build and foster collaborative environments which allow for more easier exchange of business knowledge within teams.Technical requirements: Translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements for Engineering. Help build the standards for a strong technical requirement gathering and documenting process.Project Management Office (PMO) Collaboration: Work very closely with the PMO group to help Project Managers with project requirements, timelines and deliverables. Coordinate with system administrators to create reports and dashboards which visualize and describe the health of the Mortgage Project Portfolio.Resource management: Oversee the work request lifecycle from submission to close ensuring IT requests are completed on time and within process compliance. Liaise with software engineers to monitor workload, capacity and performance. Conduct daily maintenance and reach outs to ensure that tickets progress efficiently and according to procedure. Design and monitor dashboards to ensure output is accurate and current.Documentation: Collaborate closely with the technical documentation team to ensure knowledge, processes, data and artifacts are being documented.Automation: Gain expertise and explore avenues on data and workflow automation between Engineering and Business, focusing on productivity and quality.

What you will need:

Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or some other technically equivalent curriculum plus 3 years related experience would be ideal.Strong in database concepts and solid experience in databases such as SQL Server. Strong Transact SQL (T-SQL) programming and design skills.
