Responsibilities/Expectations: + Performs a wide spectrum of assignments, requiring technical evaluation, innovation, and judgement while maintaining customer satisfaction + Works with an increased level of independence but requires supervision on mid-sized projects/technical assignments supporting operations + Develops an understanding of industry and operational requirements + Demonstrates knowledge of safety requirements, produces results and meets goals + Applies knowledge of Company processes, policies, procedures, and guidelines established by organization and governing agencies + Prepares and delivers presentations to individuals and groups + Other duties as assigned Education/Years of Experience: Engineer II: + Required:Bachelor’s Degree in relevant Engineering field from an accredited college or university, OR Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Technology in a relevant field with Professional Engineer (P.E.) license; A minimum of two (2) years of engineering experience in the natural gas or petrochemical industry Engineer III: + Required:Bachelor’s Degree in relevant Engineering field from an accredited college or university, OR Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Technology in a relevant field with Professional Engineer (P.E.) license; A minimum of two (2) years of engineering experience in the natural gas or petrochemical industry Other Requirements: + Exhibits excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and deems safety an utmost priority + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Application and PC skills + Preferred: FE Certification Additional Responsibilities/Expectations: + Learns specific tools and processes to analyze in-line inspection (ILI) reports + Analyzes pipeline data to identify anomalies that are required to be evaluated per Federal Code and Company criteria, and those recommended for evaluation and repair for tool verification + Recommends appropriate repair for excavated anomalies + Reviews dig reports for correctness and completeness + Organizes supporting documentation and plan for regulatory audits + Coordinates with and assists operations on pipeline IMP assessments (inline inspections, hydrostatic tests, direct assessment) + Performs technical analysis to evaluate pipeline condition, corrosion growth calculations and fitness for service + Provides technical support for projects including determination of hydrostatic test pressures, MOP/MAOP calculations, and identifying needs for pipeline modifications as needed About Tulsa: Our corporate headquarters is located in downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma, the 2nd largest city in Oklahoma and the 47th most populous in the U.S. Tulsa is known as the Mother of "The Mother Road" - Route 66, and boasts impressive art deco architecture, the #1 city park in the U.S. (The Gathering Place) and is a great venue for live music.
