Wage (gross) and other rewards:  Minimum 1450€ / monthly (depending on experiences and quality of the candidate) + Annual global incentive plan-bonus and other benefits in compliance with social benefit program of the company.

Contract type: full-time.

About the role:

Infusion care (IC) Engineer II – Research and Development is a member of global R&D team with responsibility for Product development of Infusion Care products and their Life Cycle Management .

Key Responsibilities:

Design and development of new products, components, materials or improvement of existing products, components or materials in accordance with customer requests and in compliance with actual regulatory demands following valid SOPs for Design ControlPerform changes on existing products, components and materials following SOPs for change control processMakes decisions for design verification / validation plans and prepares adequate documentationDevelops and qualify test methods requires for design verification / validation processPerforms technical assessment and provides technical support needed for decision of design related tasksCreates, updates, reviews and approves documents related to design control process and risk management where R&D involvement is neededParticipates in projects to introduce new products or new changes on current products where R&D tasks have to be coveredParticipates for CAPA and NC investigations and provide technical assessment for design related issues and improvementsTake ownership for investigation of root cause of issues associated with product design and for implementation of corrective or preventive actions following all relevant QMS principles and documentsCooperation and collaboration with all team members in cross-functional teamsFollows all CvT standard for values and behaviorsEnsures compliance of all activities needed for product development or product changes with appropriate CvT standards and proceduresFollows all CvT internal standards for EHSEnsures that work and task outputs are delivered at the required level and on timeContinuously develops and improves the skills and experiences needed job executionWorks independently with general supervision

Review, approval / rejection of all documents where R&D involvement is needed and where higher level of Authority is not requiredMake decision for product design development and product design changesMake recommendation for appropriate action in case of product design related issues

Qualifications/Education:

University, technical degree or Science degree (physic or chemistry) preferredDesign Control in accordance with EU ISO 13485 & US 21CFR820 Quality Systems for Medical Devices preferredEducated in CvT internal design control, change control, risk management and another applicable SOP’s and WI’s

Principal Contacts & Purpose of Contact:

Internal – Local & global T&I teams, Quality, Regulatory and Clinical, Sourcing, Logistic, Packaging and Labelling, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, Advanced operation and Project management Organization.

The purpose of the contact is to collaborate with a cross-functional team with a focus on delivering project tasks and resolving product and process related issues

External – Suppliers of materials, services and technology,  Customers

The purpose of the contact is to obtain and provide relevant information needed for appropriate project execution

Travel Requirements:

Position may involve travel, mostly within Europe (Denmark & UK) but international travel may be expected within 10% of working hours.  Some trips may include overnight travel.
