Job Description

UX Designer

Work across the entire UX and UI lifecycle, partner with domain guides, develop strategy, design, validation, and optimization. From brainstorming to implementation, will work multi-functionally with software engineers, product management, brand marketing, QA, and R&D. Have a passion for crafting a user experience and design strategy that is straightforward, elegant, engaging, and most meaningfully, easy to use.

What will you do?

Design complex desktop & web applications that meet business requirements and user needsWork closely with multi-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirementsConduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisionsCreate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designsCollaborate with developers to ensure design solutions are technically feasibleEnsure design consistency across multiple productsCommunicate design strategy, rationale, and perspective and present UX and UI design concepts.Understand and apply feedback with flexibility.Apply and chip in to design patterns that will enable a consistent user experience across products and platforms.Learn and investigate into customer insights to build interactive and easy-to-use user experience.Independently support multiple business teams based on priority.

How will you get here?

Preferred: Bachelor's Degree; Equivalent Work experience acceptable in lieu of degree.

Demonstrated ability in UX design for desktop or web based applicationsStrong portfolio demonstrating design skills and problem-solving abilitiesExtensive wireframing experienceExcellent communication(meetings and work results are all in English. Applicant must have excellent English skills.)Proficiency in Figma, particularly with prototypingAbility to handle your own project planning and targetsAbility to have healthy relationships with project teamsAbility to effectively present to, and persuade, large groups (3-15 people)Ability to work independently and in a teamStrong attention to detail and organizational skills
