**Job Description:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in manufacturing automation, with a strong focus on process automation and transforming manual processes into automated systems. This role is crucial in our efforts to minimize errors due to human handling and improve overall operational efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for manufacturing processes.
+ Analyze current manual processes and identify opportunities for automation.
+ Develop and maintain automation systems to improve efficiency and reduce human error.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation systems.
+ Provide training and support to staff on new automation technologies.
+ Stay updated with the latest advancements in automation and manufacturing technologies.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
+ Minimum of 8 years of experience in manufacturing automation.
+ Proven experience in process automation and transforming manual processes into automated systems.
+ Strong knowledge of automation technologies and tools.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
