Engineer-Information Services Senior

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Fulfills customer requirements via design/build/test/troubleshoot/document activities for Complex Audio-Visual equipment in large enterprise.  Expected to be a resource to manage customer request that are escalated.   This position will require onsite field work and work with vendors on site and remote.   Evaluates, analyzes, configures, and implements new products, equipment and tools while ensuring appropriate operational monitoring is enabled.  Knowledge of Microsoft teams products, tools, licensing and equipment.  Responsible for AV Vendor and Project Management. 

STRONGLY PREFERRED:

AV Engineering: Experience in managing audio-visual systems and solutions and resolving escalated AV customer issues. Vendor Management: Proven ability to work with AV vendors to quote moderately complex solutions, manage vendor relationships, and ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience. 5-7 years of experience required. CTS Certification or AV platform experience preferred. Healthcare, health insurance, and health providers experience and understanding of processes is preferred. Requires experience working with vendors to quote moderately complex solutions.
