What you will do:
 

Perform Integrity Safety Case reviews

Carry out hazard assessments to identify, evaluate, and apply controls of the assets.

Review fitness for service, integrity plans, records, and risk assessments to ensure assets are acceptably safe for current operation.

Publish report and findings as a Safety Case Review.
 

Contribute to continual improvement of the Safety Case regime

Be familiar with industrial practices in safety case regimes.

Engage partners and subject matter experts to incorporate them in the development of safety case reviews and finding resolution.

Support the development, implementation, and execution of high-level programs, processes, and policies that contribute to continual improvement of the Integrity Management Program.
 

Who you are:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering from a recognized university with a Professional Engineering designation.

Minimum of four years of progressive and diverse experience in safety and engineering of pipeline, facility, and/or underground gas storage assets.

Thorough understanding of ALARP and techniques such as HAZOP and risk assessments to make a judgement on the safety of a system.

Ability to compile solid reports and recommendations based on feedback from various programs and risk analysis.

An interest in technical details and engineering calculations.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively with others to achieve positive outcomes.
