Roles & Responsibilities:

Required to work on Client Access Management to the internal R1 users and tickets within defined SLAsRequired to perform (Client Access Administration) audit activitiesManage Provisioning/Deprovisioning tasks/ticketsRequired to perform Application role-based access, Provisioning/De Provisioning tasksRequired to manage access of client applications such as Account Creation, Modification and DeactivationRequired to generate Status Reports, Dashboards and Quality MetricsCandidate will be required to interact with Client, vendors and other business functionsShould be ready to work in rotational shift and support over Indian Holidays and WeekendsShould be open for 24*7 Support including Night shifts / US business hours

 

Skills:

Understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) conceptsAnalytical and Troubleshooting skillsWell versed with creating and analyzing excel data for ID Management related tasksKnowledge about ticketing toolWord/Excel/PowerPoint knowledgeExperience with Role Based Access ControlsCommunication and Presentation skills
