General Summary:

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field3+ years of experience developing RESTful server applications involving the following technologies: Java and PythonTCP/IP, HTTPRelational databases (e.g., MySQL)Docker and related containerization technologies (e.g., Kubernetes)JSON and/or XMLCloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure)GitSolid oral and written communication skills

 Preferred Qualifications

Experience deploying applications in Tomcat, or similar application container technologiesExperience working with NoSQL stores such as Cassandra or DynamoDB.Experience on the latest cloud compute, load balancing and scaling, storage, networking, security and virtualization technologies with Cloud providers such as AWS (preferred) or AzureExperience implementing backend processing systems using big data technologies like Spark, EMR or HadoopProficiency using Linux
