As a Warehouse Engineer Leader, You will have the outstanding opportunity to drive warehouse performance within Micron’s Front End manufacturing sites by implementation automated warehouse capabilities, streamlining warehouse management systems for problem-solving and provide customers with high quality/service.
Responsibilities:
Successfully implement and coordinate transportation logistics to perform the goal of on-time delivery.Develop and align warehouse policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.Work with stakeholders to meet customer needs, optimize inventory levels, and space optimization.Lead or participate in special projects and coordinate implementation of warehouse management and provide technology solutions for problem solving.Provide consultation on work execution and support on regular internal/external audits and performance reviews of local warehousing operations, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing corrective actions.Develop, monitor, report performance metrics and ensure team members are properly trained according to department compliance and work requirements.Qualifications & Skills:
Outstanding organizational and project management skills with an ambitious drive for excellence.Proven experience managing warehouse/logistics, including inventory maintenance, transportation, and layout.Familiar with SAP system, proven ability to accurately analyze and interpret the data.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.Ability to compete in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple tasks simultaneously.Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is preferred.Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role or as a leader.About Micron Technology, Inc.
