Qualification

    Bachelor degree with over two years of design experience in power tools, home electric appliance, or manufacturing field.Comprehensive understanding on spur gear, helix gear, planetary gears, bevel gears. Worm & worm gear‘s design and manufacturing and inspectionUnderstand GD&TKnow general machining process & equipment. Know about cut tool, fixture, tooling, and gage and parts inspection method.Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to project team in gearing transmission & steel machining area (Both new products and mature products)Involve in new product designing. Review engineering drawing to make sure correct drawing specification, review supplier manufacturing process to ensure process is capable with a consistent base.Conduct supplier technical assessment. Set up SQIP (supplier quality improvement plan) for suppliers and follow up.Provide technical training opportunities to internal team and suppliers.
