JR59209 ENGINEER - PRODUCTION CONTROL

As a Production Control Engineer, you will be responsible for tactical and strategic planning, forecasting, innovation, and management of nonproduction Wafers and Carriers. This includes but not limited to short and mid-term capacity planning, automation enablement, engineering innovation, cost and quality performance improvement, and audits. You will lead a team of Manufacturing Technologists to plan and execute daily operations that line up with business strategies.

Responsibilities:

Strategic and tactical capacity planning, including but not limited to Bare Wafer Stocker, Auto Unpacker Equipment, rework tool capacity etc, material (non-production wafers, FOUP, and FOSB) forecasting, and cost projection.

Lead a team to achieve outstanding nonproduction wafer and FOUP inventory management performance and reliability

Active participation in continuous improvement to drive innovation and breakthrough through collaboration with cross functional team, and external partners

Partner with procurement, warehouse, and finance team in ensuring resource allocations for daily operations and BCP (Business continuity plan)

Subject matter expert to Fab users to provide training, consultation, developing business process & SOP to meet operation and engineering requirement in all aspects of non-production wafer management.

Lead a team to achieve outstanding Tool performance and reliability through predictive maintenance, BOM management, and collaboration with industry professionals

Lead and engage the team in developing technical competency, and interpersonal skills

Promote workplace safety and ensuring continuous improvement in day-to-day operations

Work closely with other departments to meet the needs of the Fab and build strong peer relationships

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Masters Degree in Engineering or Science

Equivalent experience in wafer fab would be helpful

Able to work permanent 12 hours shift
