Position Brand Description:
Responsible for delivering major Parenteral facilities expansions, retrofits, developing the scope of the project, gaining management buy in, providing clear concise communication, working with outside construction firms, developing the general facility upgrade strategy.
Key Objectives/Deliverables:
Ensure a safe working environment by following safety rules and helping improve the safety culture.Take overall responsibility for the safe design of the equipment.Ability to work in a safe manner to ensure the safety of self and others.Developing successful project teamsManaging the team to achieve to business goals of the projectDeveloping the implementation plan (schedule) of the projectCommunicating the status of projects to area managementManaging the entire project to completion (Scope development, budget, construction, commissioning, qualification and validation)Basic Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or other technical field (i.e. Construction Management).Must have a minimum 2 years of capital project management or cGMP facility operations experience.Additional Preferences:
Parenteral / aseptic experience.Project Management Professional Certification.Adequate interpersonal and communications skills to be able to work effectively in a team-based environment.5+ years' experience delivering capital projects in the $5-10M range is preferred.Responsible for maintaining a safe work environment, working safely and accountable for supporting all HSE Corporate and Site Goals.Additional Information:

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$64,500 - $167,200Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
