Engineer - Public Attractions

Job Purpose
Assist the Assistant Director in the daily operations of the Public Attractions Department, ensure the system is in good working condition for every performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the daily operations of the Illuminarium and ensure the immersive attraction delivers Wynn’s high standards of quality
• Work with manufacturer, developing, modifying, and implementing software resources for new spectacles
• Troubleshoot systems and equipment issues by identifying problems and implementing appropriate solutions
• Develop, implement, and monitor quality control mechanisms for the team including setup, storage, audio and video, staff grooming, equipment use, and health and safety
• Provide guidance and training to Operation Team to ensure reliability of equipment.
Competencies and Requirements
Experience: Minimum 5 years of attraction management and Video Engineering experience
Knowledge/Certificates: Operational knowledge of Live show production, Video signal distribution, Audio gain staging, Audio communications, Live Video Engineering. Operational and programming knowledge of D3 Designer, QSC Designer, Audio Architect.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above
Language Ability: Good Cantonese, Mandarin and English
Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office. Knowledge of computer hardware configuration and software programming is an advantage
