The specific position responsibilities will include:

Assisting with project management dutiesParticipate on a team of engineers and drafters working on infrastructure projectsPerform engineering calculations, designs, cost estimates, and specificationsEngage in planning and public meetingsPrepare and participate in client presentationsAssist in developing plans and reports; andMentor and direct entry-level engineers and drafters Qualifications B.S. in Civil Engineering (M.S. is a strong plus)P.E. in Texas (DOT & municipal experience a plus)4+ years of experience in engineering designExcellent skill in use of current versions of Microstation and/or AutoCADMicrosoft Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint) skillSound technical design backgroundExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGreat client service capability is a must, as are technical specializations and proactivity
