1) Incoming inspection :Inspection of Fabricated and machined parts at supplier

2) Incoming inspection: Inspection of Fabricated and machined parts recieved from supplier at SIG Factory

3) Knowlege of 2D , 3 D drawing readings

4) Highly skilled in hands on use of measuring instruments like vernier, micrometer, bore gauge, Digital height gauage, Hardness tester etc

5) Knowledge of Farication , machining processes

6) Quality plan preparation, making inspection reports and documenting quality records

7) Dealing with non conformities by analysingroot cause and impleting Corrective and preventive actions for problem solving

8) Willing to travel domestic in and aroud Pune for 70% of time and occasionaly out of Pune not more than 5% of the time 

9) Ensure calibration of measuring instruments and update necessary records for the same

10) Follow ISO 9001:2015 QMS Process

11) Certified Internal auditor of ISO 9001:2015 prefferred
