Responsible for ensuring the quality of the products through the fulfillment of customer requirements and the quality management system in the Plant. Lead the work team on the production floor to achieve quality results through corrective and preventive strategies.

Responsible for leading root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions for process-related problems. Develop training to create quality awareness.

Role Responsibilities:

·       Fast response to the customers.

·       Do 8D reports for the customers complains.

·       Analise internal and external complains using quality tools as 5W, paretos, Ishikawa diagram, 8D, etc.

·       Scrap control, analysis, and reduction.

·       PPAP internal and external submission.

·       Process and product development. (New products and transfers).

·       Leadership of inspectors and technicians.

·       Warranty claims analysis.

·       Trainings on quality topics.

·       PPM reduction.

·       Control plans develop and control.

·       IATF, ISO 9001, ISO14001 auditor.

 

Travel: Up to 10%

 

Minimum Qualifications:

·       These need to be objective and measurable

·       Experience in the automotive industry, 3 years.

·       Analytical profile

·       Intermediate Conversational English 2

·       Quality Basic Tools, core tools

·       PPAP

·       Drawings Interpretation

 

Preferred Qualifications:

·       Engineer

·       Internal auditor IATF, ISO 9001, ISO 14001.

·       Advanced Intermediate Excel (macros).

·       Basis measure instruments.

·       Take decisions.

·       Proactive.

·       Leadership.

·       Responsible.

·       Preventive focus.

·       Work by objectives.

·       Focus on customer expectations and requirements.
