We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our Ericsson team as a Technical Authority Expert. This critical role belongs to our Managed Services department, directly contributing to our ongoing Ericsson Operations Engine projects. What you will do:

Linux based server upgradationHealth check of Linux based TX serversProvisioning of all type of circuits DCN, Ethernet,E1 etc on MW nodes through EMS/NMS.Can Handle all type of EMS/NMS Health check Configuration/ Addition of Card & SFP in MWEthernet links capacity up gradation/degradationTo Handle Emergency situations in Txn Network.VLAN Configuration on the MW while provisioningTo keep the SDH/PDH NEs Hardware and Software Configurations Updated. To perform Acceptance Testing of the new Network Element in Txn network.To be able to efficiently use EMS and NMS.SW Upgradation of ODU,RAU,IDU etc..To participate in internal technical discussions in view to improve overall    network performance and make recommendations wherever possible. Ring SplittingFrequency & Power Change in MWBW OptimizationKnowledge of Protection schemes SNCP,MSP1+1,Space diversity etc..To contribute in the creation and improvements to procedures and routines    within the department / group. To ensure correct working methodology. Adherence to customer agreed KPIs. Perform under time constrain depending upon the business requirements. Finding root cause analysis of potential and traffic outage related problems. Rerouting the traffic during outage time (Traffic transmission). Managing to keep low MTTR.Managing to keep track of hardware’s & software’s related changes in the network.

The skills you bring:            

Good Knowledge on Linux and able to Handle TX server based on Linux and Windows OSAble to handle Linux & Windows based Transmission ServersExpertise on Server Upgradation, Health Check etc.. Good knowledge & skills on Operation and maintenance / Integration / support/Provisioning of Microwave and Optical nodes in both EMS/NMS.Server Handling experience on minimum two of the following product portfolios.Ericsson TN, MLTN , MLXX, Service On Element ManagerHuawei All type of RTN nodes and NCE server.Ceragon SDH1500R/P,IP10,IP20,E-band IP50E & IP20E & NetMaster.UBR : Cambium & RadwinAviatIPV4 & IPV6 knowledge

Education 

Degree in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering or equivalentMinimum 4 to 7 years of relevant experience of which at least 4 year must have been spent working on Ericsson/Huawei/ or Supported Vendor’s Transmission Equipment’s mainly on products as mentioned.
