ABOUT THE ROLE

 

This role is a Permanent 40hpw (9 day fortnight) working arrangement, DIDO from our Worsley Alumina Refinery, which is a short drive from Collie (15 minutes), Bunbury (35 minutes) and other nearby scenic communities.

 

You will be responsible for providing specialised technical, mechanical & reliability engineering expertise to develop, deploy, and continuously improve maintenance strategies and work management systems.

 

Other key responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:

 

Building equipment maintenance strategies and ensuring safety standards in task lists Developing maintenance budgets based on preventative and corrective strategies Conducting failure analysis and updating task lists and work instructions in SAP Reviewing work metrics for compliance and approving SAP master data change requests

 

ABOUT YOU

 

You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:  

 

Proven experience in maintenance reliability in process operations Strong technical expertise in equipment operation and maintenance Excellent communication skills to collaborate with all levels and stakeholders Ability to mentor and encourage peers to adhere to maintenance strategies and processes

 

Qualifications for this position are:

 

Undergraduate qualification in applicable engineering and/or science discipline.
