About the Team:

We are looking for an engineer/senior engineer to join our team, responsible for developing and maintaining chatbot products and services. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software engineering, an understanding of natural language processing (NLP), and a genuine interest in large language models and recommendation systems.

Job Description:

Develop and maintain chatbot services using large language model (LLM) technology, ensuring system stability and reliability. Participate in requirements analysis, design, and implementation of technical solutions, and actively drive project delivery to production. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement product requirements. Write clear, maintainable, and efficient code.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Strong technical skills, familiarity with the Linux environment, proficiency in Golang or Python, and familiarity with common components such as Redis, Kafka. Understanding of basic machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. 2+ years of relevant work experience. Experience in offline data production and familiarity with related development tools such as Spark, Hive. Experience in developing large language models or chatbot systems. Experience in deploying machine learning models in a production environment
