Engineer/Senior Engineer – Customer Inspections

Job Summary:

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Quality Control: Perform inspections, tests as per Customer requirements. 

Customer Satisfaction: Work closely with the customer care team to address customer complaints and ensure timely resolution of quality issues.

Audits: Ability for handling Internal / external Quality Audits ; Inventory Controls. 

Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to quality procedures, standards, and specifications.

Training: Provide training and support to teams on quality management principles, tools, and techniques. Knowledge of JDE / Oracle will be added advantage.

For This Role, You Will Need:

1 - 6 years of proven experience in Quality Assurance and Control in manufacturing organizations / Services. Knowledge of JDE / Oracle; EHS systems and processes will be an added advantage.  Knowledge of handling Internal / external Quality and EHS audits, customer inspections, QAP/ITP, product testing etc Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.  Ability to lead change and alignment on new concepts and approaches through persistence, self-motivation, follow-through, and commitment. Great teammate who builds and maintains positive team member relations. Able to manage and schedule multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

Degree / Diploma in Instrumentation / Electrical /Electronic / Mechanical Engineering Able to travel if needed.
