JR71923 Engineer/Senior Engineer - HIG HBM - Media Health PE (PE Tooling/HW/SW)

As a member of the HIG HBM (High Bandwidth Memory) Media Health – PE Tooling/HW/SW Engineer, you will be responsible for the engineering tools/tester/equipment (Hardware and Software) setup, installation, qualification and commissioning for engineering product testing, analysis, characterization and validation. You will work with Global Engineering Lab partner, Test Solution Engineering, Facilities, Procurement, suppliers and other manufacturing and engineering networks to enable the engineering equipment and tester for product engineering activities.

Key Responsibilities: 

Responsible and working with Global Engineering Lab partner for high bandwidth memory testing equipment/tools/tester transfer, install, setup, buyoff, qualification and release to support product engineering failure analysis, testing and validation activities.

Perform engineering equipment hardware and software setup, sustaining and troubleshooting activities, and to ensure testers up time and readiness for engineering usage.

Working with lab partners and vendor on servicing and repairing of the tester, probe card, load board, fixture and tool used in engineering lab.

Accountable for spare part management of tester probe card, load board, cables and necessaries accessories.

To conduct tester/tooling/lab/safety training and certification for product engineers.

To conduct lab audit, certification and maintaining documentation for ergonomic, 6S, OSHA, FMEA, and ISO requirements.

Establish technical expertise on equipment and provide technical support for engineering lab users.

Define, develop and maintain equipment capabilities, strategy and roadmap.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in electrical and Electronics Engineering. Master’s degree is a plus.

Min 2-3 years of working experience in memory and storage tester/equipment installation and maintenance.

Proven working experience in working with equipment vendor and supplier for high-speed tester/equipment installation and commissioning.

Knowledge of machine/tester installation, maintenance, CIP projects, including selection, installation, and commissioning.

Ability to lead and participate in cross functional project

Familiar with project management and data visualization tool, Power BI, Python and SQL.

Ability to use AL/ML to track and monitor tester utilization and creating usage model for future capability planning and forecast.

International travel to Taiwan and USA.
