Responsibilities

Provide engineering and technical support for Project Modification team supporting key accountsAssist to supervise modernization project in carrying out the project planEnsure completion on project schedule and resources, as well as compliance to contract requirementMonitor the progress and work with internal departments & external suppliers to ensure on-time deliveryCoordinate and work closely with Government sectors such as EMSD and Housing Authority to ensure all projects in accordance with regulatory requirementsChampion Quality, Safety and Cost control

 Requirements

High Diploma / Degree holder or above in Building Services / Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering discipline or equivalent5-8 years' project management experience in E&M/ Construction field Experience in lift/elevator industry is highly preferable Good interpersonal and communication skillIndependent, self-motivated and detail-attentive Able to work under pressureFluent in spoken & written English and ChineseCandidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Engineer We offer remuneration package including attractive salary, comprehensive fringe benefits and excellent opportunities for the right candidate. (*** Employee Scholar Program up to $160,000/ person for each degree***)
