Provide sustaining engineering to keep process running in good status.Perform failure analysis and utilize 5M1E/8D way to solve production abnormal issues.Maintain SPC in good trend.Prepare working instruction and provide training/verification on operator.Work with Engineering team on FMEA.Continuous to improve process capability, products first pass yield and decrease product cost, cycle time.Work closely with R&D to support new process development.Work with mechanical engineer to develop new fixture/tooling/tray for new products or new process development.
