Job Responsibilities

Reporting to Engineering Manager or Sr. Manager to drive technical problem resolution and process execution to ensure production targets are met and product quality meets customer expectations.Work closely with R&D to support accelerated new product transfer starting from NPI (New Product Introduction) through full-scale production.Transfer, install, set up and verify the process equipment and processes until completely release to production.Manufacturing process and tooling design, installation, verify buy-off and release to production.Manufacturing documents preparation, provide training and maintaining the process control in production.Create manufacturing documents such as work instruction, control sample builds, optimization, and complete transfer into mass production.Collaborate with different functions as manufacturing engineering representative function.Technical solution of process and product to drive for production yield, productivity, and cost improvement.To support problem solving on moderate scope and complexity.

Qualifications and requirements

Bachelor Degree of Engineering or above in telecommunication, electrical, electronics, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in experience in in product or process engineer in optical or electronics products.Experience and hands on experience in optical/ electronics process and equipment of assembly process or backend process (test process) and if have experience of optical process are preferred.Understand and familiar with manufacturing process control tools and method such as SPC, DFM, FMEA, 8D report etc.Good command in English communication reading, writing, and speaking.Strong interest in solving difficult problems.Strong data analytical skills, Initiative-taking, goal oriented, task driven collaborator.Good oral and written communication skills in English and Thai.
