Sr. Product/Test Engineer

Responsibilities

To own the products in mass production including assembly processes and test document to end of lifeTo monitor yield and manage statistical process/test control in the manufacturing processTo drive activities in identification and continuous improvement on yield improvement, Bone-piles reduction, and cost reductionTo support problem solving on moderate scope and complexityTo support the project teams: R&D, NPI, CPS, ensure the smooth transition to Contract Manufactures, and adhoc requestsTo Coordinate related task, and engineering changes with internal team and CM team

Required Qualifications

Thai NationalityAge below 35 years old2 - 5 years of experience in electronics or optical productsStrong interest in solving difficult problemsRecognize and efficiently troubleshoot common electronic and optical component and circuit problemsDemonstrate the construction and operation of common electronic and optical componentsFamiliar with common electronic, tester, testing parameter and optical terminology of Transceiver ModuleStrong data analytical skills, Self-motivated, goal oriented, task driven team playerExcellent oral and written communication skills in English and ThaiExperience in Agile and Oracle is a must. Master in excel or statistical Tool for graphical interpretationFlexibility in work hours to support either early morning or evening conference calls with North AmericaAbility to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers and engineering team members. Ability to discern priorities in handling stressful situations
