1. Provide technical assistance to all customers thru phone, email and chat
a. Answer all phone, emails, and chat from both internal and external customers with the highest level of quality and service
b. Perform controller/device selection or cross-reference based on technical data and system applications
c. Create visual guide for troubleshooting or installation such as technical drawings, work-instructions, or troubleshooting guide to achieve satisfactory resolutions with customers
d. Create a case for all interactions for proper review and report2. Programming of Copeland, Danfodd and Honeywell Controllers with the use of appropriate reference documents.3. System Integration of Copeland Controllers or Third-party controllers that utilizes communication protocols such as ModBUS or BACnet4. Conduct remote commissioning via phone on start-up sites to ensure all systems are in working condition before signing off with the contractor-on-site5. Creation of Graphical Custom Screens using the standard tools and templates which include mapping of Graphical Instruments and installation into PC.6. Troubleshooting and technical assistance of temperature monitoring products for foodservice application.7. Participate in functional cross-trainings across other business teams and/or department.10. Contribute to lead generation by identifying inquiries that can be endorsed to projects team or sales team for billing.11. Work with the team in system and process improvements and other value added projects as identified by the senior/lead.
